Additional information:
All prices are per person and night including half-board and spa tax for a visit of 4 or more days. Extra charge for short or weekend visits: € 10 per person and day.

Double room for single use supplement:€ 15 per day.

Reduction for groups by agreement. For overnight stays with breakfast buffet the price is reduced by € 8 per person and day. For dogs per day: € 8 without food.

Reduction for children sleeping in a room with the parents:

2 years old or younger free, from 3-5 years 70%, from 6-9 years 50%  from 11-14 years 30% and 15 - 17 years 20 %.

Children program - Summer: Summer club Mickey Mouse included in the price In the wintertime we are partner of the "Big G" and of the Skischool.

Board: large breakfast buffet with a wide variety of muesli from 7:30 a.m. till 9:30 a.m. Dinner from 6 p.m. till 8 p.m.

In winter: 5-course menu of choice incl. salad buffet (regional and international cuisine plus vegetarian meals) 

In summer: 4-course menu of choice incl. salad buffet - regional and international cuisine (vegetarian meals upon request).
On the day of arrival you can check in from 3 p.m. onwards –On the departure day you should check out until 10:30 a.m. On the arrival day the rooms can be reserved only until 6 p.m. – please inform us in time if you will arrive late. We always take special room requests into consideration, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfil them.

Method of payment: all foreign currencies, ATM card, Eurocard and Visa (package deals can only be paid in cash or by the EC card!)
Cancellation: free of charge until 3 weeks before arrival. Arrival is also possible on weekdays.
The Austrian and international hotel terms and conditions apply as agreed upon to the complete price/service offer and cancellation.
